These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Silvaback TV ("SBTV") streaming service, including our website, applications, and content. By creating an account or using SBTV, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership & Billing

SBTV offers free and paid membership tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Paid memberships are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.

2. Content & Access

Content availability depends on your membership tier. All content on SBTV is protected by copyright and licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download (except where the feature is provided), copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Advertising

Free and Silver tiers are ad-supported. Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks and are subject to those networks' policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to circumvent content protection, scrape or archive the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the updated version here. Continued use of SBTV after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
